ABOUT THE PROJECT

Zero-to-One Ecosystem Build. The challenge was to build a scalable B2B marketing engine from the ground up for a leading geospatial data provider. The infrastructure needed to support high-value B2B lead generation across complex markets, promoting services like satellite imagery and cloud processing. I architected the entire digital marketing ecosystem, managing a cumulative €1M budget throughout the tenure.
