ABOUT THE PROJECT

10x Revenue Scale & Market Dominance. The objective was to transform a market-leading vehicle history provider from a volume-based model into a scalable profit engine. Facing fragmented markets across Europe (Italy, Spain, Poland), the challenge was to aggressively scale spend without sacrificing ROI. I led the strategic pivot that turned Performance Marketing from a support function into the company’s primary revenue driver.
